Email Marketing

For the past 7 years, I have led the email marketing strategy for now 7-figure bootstrap start-up Melon Optics. Joining in the brand’s infancy, I implemented and evolved a strategy that continues to grow real-world revenues for the business. Throughout this time I have worked with a variety of freelancers and a specialist email agency eventually returning to oversee all email processes in-house.

I plan

Great email marketing begins with a well-planned marketing calendar. I use Peaks theory which drives year-round growth through storytelling and imperative to purchase.

I create

I have the experience and ability to be fully hands-on and create all elements of emails from scratch. This means I am well placed to work with agencies, freelancers and in-house staff to develop the most impactful strategy.

I analyse

Data informs great decisions. Using a range of data from ESPs I can identify which emails are best to send and who is best to recieve them.
