A 15-year marketing veteran with a passion for creative content. At the intersection of brand artistry and business analytics, I bring a dual-minded approach to marketing that marries a brand-driven vision with fiscal responsibility. Simply put, I believe in strong brands that are led by the numbers.

I’ve spent the last 7 years working as the Head of Marketing for a scrappy independent now 7 figure startup. During this time I’ve worked remotely in a data-driven environment to lead the brand to become a household name in the market.

With a track record of scaling startups through a blend of performance marketing and brand building, I bring a keen eye for aesthetics, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for storytelling.

In contrast to this startup experience, my 8 years in Marketing Management roles for global drinks brand Monster Energy have given me the knowledge and understanding of big business demands, including managing a team of 40+ across various regions as well the experience of working with a multitude of business stakeholders.

Led marketing strategy for this bootstrap start up helping the brand grow to become one of the most recognised eyewear brands in cycling in Europe.

Being part of a small brand where every little decision made, every penny spent and every minute of time matters, gave me a true respect for the importance of well defined and executed strategy. It wasn’t just about working hard but working smart, doing everything possible to analyse project potential impact and really using the financials of the business to make the correct decisions.

Joining one of the world’s fastest-growing drinks brands as an ambassador I quickly rose through a number of positions as the business grew to become one of the best-selling energy drinks in the world. Working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment overseeing teams across Europe, I led the growth of the brand amongst core communities on the ground in key markets. Building credibility through understanding the markets and activating them in creative and impactful ways. From heading up large-scale events activations such as the Isle of Man TT, to leveraging digital projects with key athletes, to building key partnerships with media outlets, Monster was a masterclass in how to deliver impactful brand strategy that lasts.
